Piotr Skarzynski: We have increasing expectations of innovation in medicine

- The life cycle of an innovation is like the life cycle of a product. He very often grows rapidly. We have a lot of information in recent years about services and products that optimize the health care system. Some of them prove themselves clinically and enter everyday use. Such solutions allow to relieve the burden on the doctor and direct the stream of effort in another direction. However, medicine and innovation are not only doctors, but also, for example, pharmacists. Here we see developments that will optimize patient care. This is, for example, pharmaceutical care," said Prof. Piotr Skarzynski in an interview with Medexpress during the Economic Forum in Karpacz.
