- We are discussing how to rebuild the Nysa hospital in another location. This is my dream, because we want to avoid in the future such a situation as we faced during the floods. What is needed is a modern center, for the 21st century," said Health Minister Izabela Leszczyna in the program One on One on TVN24.
The Health Minister summarized in an interview the measures taken during the floods to provide medical care in flooded areas.
- We activated the Air Rescue Service. The fire department, the army, medical rescue - all were on full alert 24 hours a day. The directors of the provincial branches of the NFZ in Opole and Wroclaw, for example, helped relocate patients in Nysa or Paczków.
