I have announced a competition for 3 billion zlotys to subsidize psychiatric hospitals for children and adolescents. They are in such a state that I am simply ashamed," Minister Izabela Leszczyna summed up her actions since she began leading the health ministry in Polish Radio's Signals of the Day program. She also mentioned the in vitro program and perinatal care. Izabela Leszczyna also explained her idea for restructuring hospitals.
