Ursula Demkow: Women functioning in the health care system need support. Both female patients and those who work in it

We have two groups of women in the health care system. The first is the patients, and the second is the ladies who work in this system. Both groups need support. The female patients for diseases common to their gender. Women who are employed in the system, on the other hand, need support to help them reconcile their work and domestic responsibilities. Women's professional development is more difficult than men's," said Deputy Health Minister Ursula Demkow during the Third Women's Health Congress.
