- We are in the process of proceeding with amendments to ban the sale of all such products, both nicotine-containing and nicotine-free, until the age of 18. Currently, the law only talks about nicotine. There are harmful substances in these disposable nicotine-free inhalation devices as well," said Deputy Health Minister Wojciech Konieczny in an interview with Medexpress during the 2nd Children and Youth Health Congress.
- We simply have to act more harshly, that is, we have to transfer those regulations that apply to smoking or inhaling nicotine products to these products as well," the deputy health minister said.
