Another 25 experts have joined the Ombudsman's Team. These include doctors, midwives and nurses. The Team's task is to issue medical opinions that assist the Ombudsman in evaluating applications for compensation from the Fund. Under the procedure available since September 6 of this year, obtaining compensation does not require proving the hospital's fault.
