Development and Technology Minister Waldemar Buda has signed an agreement that relieves the Institute "Pomnik - Children's Health Center" in Warsaw of a debt of PLN 88 million. The institute cares for young patients from all over the country, and in many cases is the only entity that performs unique medical procedures for children.
