Diagnostyka S.A. is expanding its operations in the diagnostic imaging segment. The company has acquired a majority stake (51%) in Eurodiagnostic, a company specializing in mobile computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance (MR) and X-ray laboratories. The transaction was valued at PLN 23 million, and the funds came from both the company's own resources and bank debt.
The acquisition of Eurodiagnostic is another step by Diagnostyka S.A. in implementing its strategy of growth and strengthening its position in the diagnostic imaging market.
