In Journal of Laws The Ministry of Health has published the Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 21, 2022 on the establishment of the Team for the assessment of interoperability in ICT systems and medical registers used as part of the drug policy.
The team consists of:
1) Team Chairman - Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Health responsible for drug policy;
2) Deputy Chairman of the Team - director of the Department of Drug Policy and Pharmacy at the Ministry of Health;
3) members:
a) Main Pharmaceutical Inspector or his deputy,
b) President of the National Health Fund or his deputy,
