A total of PLN 576 million will be received from the Medical Fund, from funds earmarked for pediatrics, by two Warsaw children's hospitals: the Children's Memorial Health Center Institute and the Mother and Child Institute. The money will be used to expand these clinics. Managers will focus on investments in departments providing outpatient care and laboratories for screening newborns for rare diseases.
Of the allocated pool, PLN 281 million will be allocated for the comprehensive modernization of the Mother and Child Institute. PLN 295 million, meanwhile, will go to the Children's Memorial Health Center Institute.
