On August 26, 2024, the recruitment of medical facilities for a pilot program of central e-registration, which includes preventive examinations (cytology and mammography) and cardiology clinic visits, began. The program aims to facilitate appointment management and improve the efficiency of the health system.
The pilot applies to medical facilities that have a contract with the National Health Fund to provide mammography or cytological examinations as part of breast cancer and cervical cancer prevention programs, as well as visits to the cardiology clinic. A prerequisite for participation is also to have software integrated with the P1 platform to handle e-referrals and medical events.
