In the OJ The Ministry of Health published the Ordinance of the Minister of Health of December 29, 2022 on the appointment of a Team for the implementation of coordinated care in primary health care.
The Team consists of:
1) Chairman - dr hab. n. med. Agnieszka Mastalerz-Migas - attorney, national consultant in the field of family medicine;
2) Vice-chairmen:
a) Maciej Karaszewski - Deputy Director of the Health Care Department at the National Health Fund,
b) Paweł Żuk – President of the Management Board of Centrum Medyczno-Diagnostyczne Sp. z o.o.;
3) members:
