PLN 340 million - this amount, in three streams, is to be additionally transferred to primary care physicians on the basis of an agreement concluded by physicians negotiating with the payer. The details of the agreement were presented on Tuesday. The clinics are to receive additional money for: entering the coordinated care model, care for the pediatric population and care for patients with multiple diseases, i.e. primarily seniors.
